The hotel was recommended by friends, and was really good. The room was spacious, cleaned, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel's location was also ideal—close to both the city center and the train station. Breakfast was good, including a variety of breads, fresh coffee, juice, cheeses, deli meats, yogurt, and regional specialties like cakes, pies, honey, and homemade jams. On some busy days, there was a lack of some items or took longer to be replaced. I took dinner in the restaurant one night, and everything was lovely. I had a good pasta perfectly cooked, the salt bread was absolutely delicious and the wine was excellent. I also was recommended by the staff to try a regional liqueur made by olive leaves, which surprised me.

Hotel restaurant was moderately priced and had delicious food - highly recommend if you just want to relax in the hotel. The location was great for me. It was in the town, you felt like you were among locals instead of simply among tourists. Bakery, grocery store, and gelato nearby. Old town entrance is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel, allowing you to explore without having to worry about driving or parking in the old city. Hotel parking is plentiful and free.

I was in Minerva hotel with a group of business delegation as their coordinator. The location was perfect. A walking distance from Arezzo Fiera and about 20 minutes by walk to city center. Breakfast was good and delicious. Of course it is an Italian hotel and you can not compare it with some other 4-star hotels in Asia. The rooms was spacious and big enough for 2 people with all facilities you need. I will try to stay in Minerva hotel next time if they have available rooms for my group. Regards

The hotel has a large parking lot. It is about 20 minutes to the train station or to the center, or you can get there by bus, the stop is close to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, I would welcome yogurt. The staff is helpful and nice. The hotel equipment is sufficient, I appreciate the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room.

The room had all basic amentities including a kettler. The bathroom had shower, WC, bide. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.
